Acupuncture is a method of accessing
Qi by the insertion of very fine
needles at specific points. Most points lie on a channel or pathway
where the Qi flows through the body. The needle
changes the flow of energy at that point, both in the channel and
the related organ. In this way, acupuncture can harmonize and strengthen
Qi in the internal organs so that health is restored
and symptoms are relieved.

Looking deeply to the root cause
of a health problem is one of the great strengths of Traditional
Chinese Medicine, seeing beyond the presenting symptoms and
manifestations of ill health to the very essence. |
Observing the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of an
individual allows the practitioner to form a clear diagnosis and
treatment strategy based on the person as a whole.

see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye."
